Hartlepool United have signed midfielder Owen Hampson, who was recently released by Sheffield United. Hampson, 21, has signed a one-year contract at Victoria Park with the option of an additional year.

Owen Hampson was at Manchester United prior to joining the Blades in 2021 and he has since had spells on loan at Dunfermline and Boston United.
